The preparation and review of financial statements for corporations and other entities forms a large segment of our practice. We regularly prepare and review annual financial statements for our clients for reporting purposes, including reporting to shareholders/managers for monitoring purposes, reporting to banks and lending institutions for financing purposes, reporting on compliance with various statutory requirements and annual filings with Canada Revenue Agency.
Our role does not however stop at the financial statement exercise. Generally, this is the level at which we can add value in terms of applying our tax-planning expertise and other business experience with the knowledge we obtain about our clients' business and operations.
KNV also regularly performs audits and other compliance-related services for clients who require audited financial statements for shareholder reporting or other requirements. |
