Mike obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Simon Fraser University and went on to earn his CA designation in 2006. Mike has worked his entire professional career with KNV Chartered Accountants LLP and was admitted to the partnership in January 2011.

Mike has extensive experience working with owner managed and family owned businesses, incorporated professionals and public sector entities including First Nations and government-funded organizations. Mike also has significant experience working with clients that report under International Financial Reporting Standards. Mike takes great pride in understanding all of his client’s unique and diverse business needs and providing value-added audit and tax planning solutions.

Mike is also passionate about giving back to his community and has been involved with several charitable organizations. He currently sits on the board of directors of the Semiahmoo Volunteer Policing Community Society and the White Rock South Surrey Community Foundation.

Mike is married with one young son and is enjoying this new stage of his life. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hockey, traveling, camping and working out.
