David received a Bachelor in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 1994. He obtained his C.A. designation in 1995 and his C.P.A. (Illinois) designation in 2004.
Prior to joining KNV in 2002, David was a tax specialist at an international accounting firm. In 2005 he became a partner with KNV.
David leads the cross-border tax group at KNV. He regularly consults with Canadian and US based corporations regarding their business structuring, cross-border planning and compliance needs. He also advises individuals regarding Canadian, US and international tax issues.
David is married with 2 children and is active in his community. He coaches amateur baseball, and enjoys being involved with children's sports. His hobbies include golf, biking and travel.
