Shane joined KNV in 1993 and became a partner
in January 2005. He
currently manages many of the firm's audit clients
and has significant experience with owner-managed
businesses, buy/sell arrangements and taxation.
In 1998, he moved into the tax group and completed the two-year CICA Canadian In-depth tax course. During his four years in tax, he developed areas of specialization that included corporate reorganizations, general estate planning for owner/managers and basic tax research. While in the tax department, he maintained a base of clients, providing these companies with both assurance and taxation services.
Shane is married and has two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, water skiing, biking, camping and traveling.
